On February 6 2011, Maryborough bellringers visited St John’s Cathedral, Brisbane. They are pictured with the Dean, the Very Revd Dr Peter Catt.

Bellringers from Brisbane, Sydney and Perth came to Maryborough on Saturday 19 March 2011, to ring a muffled peal in observance of the 125th anniversary of the death of Maria Aldridge, in whose memory the tower and peal were donated by her husband Edgar Aldridge.
